Hi Luke,
Janet Millington and Carolyn Nuttal are writing a book which would 
probably fill the bill if the kids are primary aged, Janet when is it due?
I am writing booklets for the delivery of Certificate I in permaculture 
which would include stuff for Middle Years (lower secondary). If you 
told us a little bit more about the context (ages, stages, climate, 
facilities) maybe we could all send you stuff...
