Hi Tamara,

The youngest student I have had on a PDC was Alex Walker who was 14. 
That was a course David Holmgren did with me and Alex loved it so much 
he enrolled again the following year. His parents home school their 
children and have both done PDCs themselves so see it as a vital 
component of their children s education.

I've followed a little of the work Alex has done at home on their 
1000acre family property near Nimitabeal on the Monaro and its 
inspiring. Rounding up feral goats to breed and eat, building a family 
cob home, orchard and chook tractors....to name a few. Well adjusted 
young fellow primed to meet the future challenges of energy descent.
