Steve,
Penny is a wonderful, enthusiastic person.
Decisions in Permaculture can be very difficult as we are working on structures to enable these kinds of discussions.
Sometimes people have to make a leap, and hope that there isn't a ravine full of tigers below (there usually is).
I did prefer the spring equinox, but really, I don't mind what day it is, just as long as we have it.
