[Pil-pc-oceania] National PC Day

I suggest we give the decision two months from the day we had the discussion
at the convergence, that makes it the 24th of May.
(We have a poll thing on our local yahoogroup, don't know how it works,
somebody mentioned Pollmonkey)

I favour the Sunday nearest to the 22nd of September,
second favourite the other equinox.
I love the fact that the whole earth has the same time at those two dates
(day and night the same length)

This doesn't stop anyone from doing anything before hand or on a different
day.
