At the PIL meeting, 3 new board members were voted in, at that meeting it
was agreed that a teleconference would be held with the legal people to find
out the legalities and process of a change of name.

I am a new board member - and I hope that this name change will be one of
the first things that occurs.  From there many of the actions can be
distributed through the groups.  But as Russ has stated, there needs to be a
structure, and as Tim said, there needed to be people prepared to do work,
not just talk about it. 

Without a full breakdown of the outcomes, many people have offered to do
projects and these have been recorded by video.  So we are down for
prosterity. Now that needs to be collated and sent out so people can be
reminded of those projects.

So if a subcommittee is formed, please consider volunteering so we can make
this happen together.
