Fresh produce grower, processor and supplier, OneHarvest, is taking 
applications for its 2009 Growing our Future Graduate Program offering 
opportunities across:
. Accounting,

. Manufacturing,

. Production,

. Supply chain,

. Sales,

. Marketing,

. Agribusiness,

. Horticultural science,

. Food science,

. Mechanical engineering and

. Environment.

The program assigns the graduates to a dedicated team while also providing 
opportunities to participate in project work and training activities across 
all areas of the business which has 11 operational sites throughout 
Australia.

Successful applicants will participate in the year-long program which, in 
addition to employment with One Harvest, entitles them to:

. A tailored personal development plan,

. Specific skills training,

. A formal mentoring program,

. Participation in a wide range of operational and

. Planning activities including an annual strategic directions conference.

OneHarvest general manager of corporate affairs, Felicity Robson said 
applications were welcome from anyone who will graduate this year from a 
tertiary institution having studied in one of the nominated operational 
areas.

Eight graduates were accepted into OneHarvest's Growing our Future Graduate 
Program in 2008 including graduates of accounting, horticulture and food and 
science technology.

Graduate program participant Brendan Abel said he applied for the program at 
OneHarvest because he saw the long-term opportunities across the group..

"Knowing that there is a program in place which supports personal, 
development as well as offering support for those who would like to try 
different career paths, was really refreshing."
