[Pil-pc-oceania] National PC Day

Jedd,

I would say the obvious answer is:1. Spring equinox 2008

2. The date of the equinox in Australia.

3. Personally, I don't see a problem when the date changes, I celebrate the event, not the gregorian calendar date. Similar to easter, one could say.

4. I don't see a problem with having it on the saturday or sunday after the equinox, or over the week of the equinox. That way, when the date changes, it is still possible to have the day.

Having said all this, I am not wedded to any date. I don't really care. And I don't need a lecture from you.

The message is to get Permaculture out there. And some people connect spring to a period of growth, which is what we want to see in the uptake of Permaculture.

Again,

I really don't care when it is, just as long as we have it.

Tamara
