Yes hence the dedicated 'greenways' as the experts talked about the  
other night at UTS though they were 20 year visionary plans, nothing  
immediate which is what we need.

The road is very dangerous for people who cannot keep up with the  
traffic. Even being a quite experienced rider I still have to deal  
with cars that don't stop at the round about while already on it or  
who try to overtake and drive through while also still on the round  
about etc.

What you have suggested about a trike isn't such a bad idea really,  
they could of course have cargo carriers as well.
