[Pil-pc-oceania] Pil projects, PIJ scans and board update

G'day,

I think that this would be a great resource...my suggestion would be that an
organisation like Steve Solomon's 'Soil & Health Library' (
http://www.soilandhealth.org/) be the ticket for such an undertaking if it
hasn't already been done. He apparently has some gee wiz batch scanner that
does an amazing job of scanning whole books for this online library of out
of print books (including many of Yeomans, et. al.).
