[Pil-pc-oceania] Request for information about PIL

I am not a member of PIL. This may exclude me from a PIL Sub Committee?.
I am thinking about making an application for PIL membership.
That is why I am seeking copies of these documents, particularly the Constitution/Articles.
Could it be posted to this list as an interim measure?

Hi l.gaffney,

This is on the priority list for PIL and a board member is working on it
now. As with all things at PIL, initiatives are driven by the membership- it
is a totally volunteer organization which is independently funded. Would you
like to join a PIL subcommittee and participate in helping PIL communicate
better with the wider permaculture community?

In Pil-pc-oceania Digest, Vol 17, Issue 50. and Pil-pc-oceania Digest, Vol
17, Issue 65  I posted comments that basic information such as PIL's
Articles of Association and Annual Reports did not appear available from the
PIL website and indicated an interest in sighting this stuff. There has been
no response. I repeat the request. 

Surely this stuff should be readily available to the Public?.
