absolutely.  just because some iodine is good [some is essential for most
people, although apparently not for Petra's friend] does not mean that more
is better!

with minerals, in soil, in plants, in animals, in our food, William Albrecht
established that it is all about balance.  Excess can be just as damaging or
restrictive as deficiency.
