I just set this up, and could I suggest a column with date to the left of "food" so we can put stuff in daily and have a total at the end...
I am going to start on May 1, for the month of may.

Rosemary and Harry spoke about accounting
of food, and perhaps even if it was done over a week or a month, we could set
up a sample of the willing on this site to do a food count for that period, and
how much was purchased, grown, surplus, imported, out of season or whatever,  just an idea?
