[permaculture-oceania] concrete

We wish to build us an outdoor oven.We have this urge for real home made oven baked bread and pizza.We wish to construct the oven solely from concrete.Would anyone have the recipe for the concrete mix.We are worried about the effect the heat will have on the surfaces exposed to the heat.
