[Pil-pc-oceania] train from Melbourne to Sydney

Road connection only, car, airport bus or taxi. It was part of the 
CityLink contract under Jeff Kennett's Liberal Government that the rail 
didn't get extended to Tullamarine. The Tullamarine Freeway got 
privatised under this deal and we we're locked out of a good transport 
link for a generation. In Victoria we say it got Jeffed.
