In anticipation of the upcoming visit by Roberto Perez I found this  
article by Cindy Sheehan quite interesting.  Ordinary Americans are  
banned from travelling to Cuba although the infamous Guantanemo Bay  
is located there so I guess only military aircraft are making the  
trip out of the US.

I was unaware that Cuban doctors and other emergency medical staff  
had offered their assistance in New Orleans just after Katrina but it  
was rejected by the US government. How low can you go.

Cindy Sheehan is the mother of Casey Sheehan who was killed in Iraq  
on 4/4/04.
