[Pil-pc-oceania] send by 27Feb: Water for Produce petition - hard copy signatures necessary

Hi Petra,

I've already signed a hard copy of this petition or a similar one on the 
same issue when I was at Caroline and Aidan Smith's place last week. So 
either the hard copy is getting around, or there is more than one 
petition - both good outcomes I think...
