EVENT: Feeding our Future - creating sustainable local food systems.

DATE: Saturday March 15, 2008. 9am to 3pm.

VENUE:  Southern Cross University, Lismore.

Free pre-seminar DVD screenings:
The DVD documentary The Power of Community is the inspirational story of
the Cuban people's hardship, ingenuity, and triumph over sudden adversity
through cooperation, conservation, and community, to create a low energy
society. It will provide background to Roberto Perez' keynote address at the
seminar. 

The DVD is available from SCU and Lismore Library.

There are also free screenings:

Lismore Workers Club: 7pm Thursday 6 March.
