Hi All,

I've just been looking through the Garnaut Review website, ( 
http://www.garnautreview.org.au/CA25734E0016A131/pages/home ), and see 
that there is an opportunity to make submissions on issues related low 
emissions technologies. Looking at the detail, it seems to me that for 
those who are sufficiently deep thinking, articulate and knowledgeable, 
this could be a great opportunity to get some permaculture thinking into 
the Garnaut Report, commissioned by the Rudd Government.
