My heartiest congratulations on becoming a landowner, wow! how  
exciting, I assume this is your first property purchase?

I will organise for your refund to be made at our meeting tomorrow  
night.  If you would like a direct deposit to your bank account  
please send me details including account no, BSB, and bank name.   
Otherwise I will mail it to your home addres.

No worries at all about your questions Linda, it's what I'm here for,  
in fact I believe we owe you an apology for all the delays especially  
in deciding upon concessional status for your little ones.

So sorry that we won't be meeting you at APC9 however I am sure we  
will cross paths at some time in the future.
