[Pil-pc-oceania] APC9 dress code?????

Hi everyone,

Really dumb question, but since I've never been to an APC, I don't really know what to pack for the big get together.

Can I wear my least scabby shorts, t-shirts and boots, or is it neat-casual? (uh oh, I only have one outfit!).
