[Pil-pc-oceania] Permies in Cardinia and Baw Baw shire

Hi Tamara,

as you know I live in Cockatoo, which is in Cardinia, so would like to 
be doing things in this area, however am currently a member of the yarra 
valley group. Nevertheless, i'd like to be a part of your informal 
group, and see how I can help and be involved.
