[Pil-pc-oceania] National Permaculture Day

Hi there,
 
After a bit of thought on this one and also after attending the convergence on the weekend, I think that Bills Bday date would be appropriate.  
I am not sure as to the details of how each group or state would promote such an event but being involved in the Permaculture Tasmanian group we would work with other groups aswell as our own to promote and get the word out there to as many people as possible.
