[Pil-pc-oceania] Spring PDCs in Victoria

I've decided not to run the intensive Otways PDC this year (was going to be
September 5th to 18th), so that's one less Victorian PDC running in Spring.
I want to focus on getting CO-EDAPT (Colac Otway - Energy Descent Action
Plan Training) happening.
Although, Dalpura (Darren & George) might get a PDC happening there this
year.

Just thinking that spring is very crowded with Victorian PDCs at the
moment! We always hold ours then, Southern Cross has one stating at the end
of November and now Bill and Geoff are advertising another Melbourne one in
September. I'd love to think that the market is big enough to support all
these but I'm not sure it is. I think that it would be good to aim for
school holidays if we want to make it as easy as possible for mothers to
attend - so maybe over summer?
