yep! the market is certainly there.  i already had about 6 people who
wanted to do the Otways PDC this year, and i hadn't even put the word out
or advertised it... just word-of-mouth from the last one i ran.  I'll refer
those who've inquired.

G'day,

We don't intend on running a PDC at Dalpura until next year....we are
looking at 2009 as this will be when all of the new building projects are
completed (the architects Third Ecology
<http://www.thirdecology.com.au/>have just put the Planning Permit
Application in for all of this with
building scheduled to start in the 4th quarter of 2008)....

I would suggest that ultimately there is place for more PDC's as the market
is always needing *expansion* and as many of us know there are many efforts
that can be made to do just that.  IMO if courses can't be filled then the
reason for this is not just that "there is not the market" it is also the
product, the perceived quality of it, its reputation, timing, duration,
where the course is being held and who is delivering it. Also who is the
course being aimed at and how much effort and energy one is prepared to
expand the market for your courses....
