[Pil-pc-oceania] Free BD preps for non BD gardeners only!

Sorry, I forgot to add that this service is for gardeners who are not
members of either the Powelltown mob or the Bellingen mob (or who make their
own!) and so do not have access to BD preps themselves.  The idea is to
introduce people to biodynamics.
