[Trusties] sending attachments to the list

Sorry about the pile up of emails as Jack and I tried to send through the 
attachment re the OzGreen job opportunity.

I had to work out how to configure the list so that non spam, non virus 
attachments could go through. As it stands now .doc and .pdf files will make 
it through the filters.
