We are looking for caretakers to look after our place while we are away on a 
working tour to New Zealand and Latin America this winter (see website for 
program). Due to all our regular past caretakers being unavailable for this 
trip we are putting the word out at fairly short notice through our trusted 
networks to find possible candidates for this very particular exchange. We 
are very particular, even fussy about who we have in our place and how they 
live here and what we get in exchange in terms of contribution to the place 
but we are also reasonable and have experience of successful caretaking 
arrangements on 5 previous occasions over winter for up to 6 months so hope 
we can find the right people again . Obviously we require reliable and 
capable people.  This is not a job for anyone but it is a great opportunity, 
one many people would love to be able to take on

We trust you to pass this on to others who you feel could be candidates that 
you would be prepared to referee. Obviously we will interview any 
prospective candidates and  will be responsible for any decision
