Hi Jo,
Does Ef mean Eco-feminism. If so then, yes, in part. I think in general
there tends to be a focus on technical fixes (often seen as a masculine nuts
and bolts approach), but that the real leverage in sustainable transition is
in the personal and cultural domains (often seen as the domains of more
interpersonal and reflective feminine approaches).
