Apologies, getting quite obsessed in the world of uni acronyms - Efs  
Environmental Education for sustainability, is a part of the break  
away of EE (Environmental Education) as is ESD Environmental  
Sustainable Development.  Although they all feature and value the EE  
aims/objectives but have given importance, such as your domains  
covered give way to your methodology.
Efs to me seems to pave the steps to a pro-environmentalism, that  
looks not just at the cause but the user, so to speak.
