Tim (and anyone else who is interested): I have added the
PatternDynamics diagram to Integral Diagrams:

Colin: since you are in Brisbane (which I am) you may want to attend a
Brisbane Integral meetup:

The Brisbane Ken Wilber Integral Practise Meetup Group (Brisbane) - Meetup.com
http://kenwilber.meetup.com/278/

Last week I attended the screening of The Cuban experience: how Cuba
survived Peak Oil & panel discussion with Roberto Perez (who is in the
film) at Brisbane City Hall and the room was packed - over 400 people.
Very affirming that I'm not the only one in Brisbane who cares about
all this (http://www.peakoilstore.com/forum/index.php?topic=10278.msg178797#msg178797).
