This talk was brilliant.  In case some of you haven't got around to  
watching it I'd like to list the points that really opened my eyes.

* Mass collaboration can lead to tapping community resources that were  
previously untappable.
* Traditional organisations when superseded by more agile  
collaborative networks go through similar phases to people when they  
are told they are going to die. i.e. Anger, denial, bargaining,  
acceptance.
* Support groups are usually thought uniformly as a good thing. In  
fact, they are value neutral. Some can be bad such as pro-annorexia  
support groups.  (It's amazing. Such things really do exist.)
* Mass collaboration is likely to have an effect as profound as the  
printing press.
