I have found the following site very useful www.herbsarespecial.com.au
It is not a permaculture site, but a great herb and sprouting site that has very good information.

I've started collating a list of web resources relating to Permaculture which when complete I will share with everyone here and in class.

If there are other types of resources (print, podcast etc.) that you think are worthy of including feel free to send them through as well.
